NAIOP Maryland/DC Sustainable Development Committee is proud to introduce Sustainability 101: A workshop series to help gain an understanding of LEED and Sustainability from start to finish. Join NAIOP Maryland/DC for our Sustainibility 101 workshop on Thursday, January 14th. The first in a series of workshops hosted by NAIOP Maryland/DC's Sustainable Development Committee.
Bala Srini, Sustainibility by Design: Presenter, LEED expert
Mr Srini, a LEED Accreditied Profession and Senior Project Manager at Sustainibility by Design. SInce joining SBD Mr. Srini has led the LEED design and documentation effort for over 3 million sq.ft. of LEED Gold and Silver level structures, including new and existing commercial, industrial and multi-family residential projects. He has also completed curriculum development and training of a six LEED Accredited Professional (AP) exam preparation class and a four session Green Associate preparation class for more than 250 industry professionals. Mr. Srini has also been selected and trained by GBCI to become a LEED Project Reviewer for USGBC/GBCI.
